Officers were called around 7:20 p.m. to a home on Livingston Avenue for a reported dispute between two brothers, according to Albany Police. As they tried to deescalate the situation and separate the pair, other family members allegedly jumped in, physically attacking the officers on scene.
One officer suffered a bite wound to his forearm, while another was punched in the face, police said. Both officers were treated on-site and then transported to Albany Memorial Hospital for further evaluation…
