The Watervliet Police Department said 46-year-old Fred Santiago Jr. was arrested in connection to the stabbing that happened at Hudson Shores Park Thursday.
Officials said Santiago was involved in a dispute at the park around 10:45 p.m. that resulted in a victim being stabbed in the neck area.
