ALBANY — Albany County Sheriff deputies twice used pepper-spray to break up fights that erupted after Albany High School’s graduation ceremony at MVP Arena ended on Sunday.
Sheriff Craig Apple said the department’s internal affairs unit is reviewing body-worn camera footage of the incident.
Apple said the deputies were outside the arena to handle traffic and crowd control when a fight between seven or eight people broke out on the steps.
