WATERVLIET, N.Y. (WRGB) — A 13-year-old boy was arrested Thursday and charged with possession of a weapon.
At 6:30 p.m. June 26, Watervliet police officers responded to investigate reports of someone threatening another person with a handgun. According to police, a juvenile male had lifted his shirt and displayed what appeared to be a revolver.
Police found a teen matching the suspect’s description near 19th Street and 10th Avenue. Following a brief foot pursuit, officers arrested the male juvenile suspect and “recovered a loaded flare gun in the immediate vicinity.”…
