ALBANY — Whether Pam Cerrone is at her nephew’s hockey game, a wedding in Key West, Fla., or watching television, she is carefully listening for the perfect music for a fireworks show.
Since 2004, Cerrone, director of community relations for Price Chopper, now Market 32, has been the mastermind behind New York’s Fourth of July Celebration fireworks show at Empire State Plaza, which has been presented by the grocery chain since its inception in 1976.
