WESTERLO, N.Y. (WRGB) — ONLY ON CBS6– The mother of the woman killed in Monday’s deadly crash at a rural Albany County intersection is calling for urgent changes — saying the tragedy could have been prevented.
In an exclusive interview with CBS6, Betty Napoli said her 38-year old daughter, Jessica Rowanski, might still be alive if Albany County officials had addressed long-standing visibility issues with the stop signs at the intersection of County Routes 401 and 404 in the town of Westerlo.
“How many more people got to die?” Napoli said. “My daughter would probably still be alive today if they did something.”…
