Albany, NY (WRGB) — Ten people were shot in three separate incidents across Albany on the night of July Fourth, leaving residents and city officials rattled and seeking answers in the days since.
One of the shootings occurred near Madison Avenue, where police tape and construction crews now surround a damaged building. A neighbor, Damian Martin, recalled the chaos he and his family experienced while watching the fireworks nearby.
“At first I was extremely scared because I didn’t know what was going on,” Martin said. “We just saw like a stampede of people just run away from this area.”…
