TROY, N.Y. (WNYT)- A 20-year-old man was shot in the torso Wednesday night in the area of 4th and Monroe Streets, according to Troy Police. They say the man is in stable condition and the injuries are not life-threatening.
Police said they responded around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday for a reported shooting.
They said the victim was involved in an argument with another individual, that argument escalated, then the victim was shot. No one has been arrested as of 8:30 a.m. Thursday…
