STILLWATER, N.Y. (WNYT)- New York State Police have identified Thomas D. Walsh, 62, from Cohoes as the person who drowned in Saratoga Lake Thursday afternoon.
State Police say Walsh was out on a watercraft when he decided to go swimming without a life-preserver. After a time, Walsh showed signs of distress and went under the water.
Another individual tried to help Walsh but also got into trouble. The individual was rescued by a Good Samaritan passing by and evaluated by emergency medical services at the scene…
