ALBANY — The National Weather Service in Albany issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Sunday afternoon that said damaging winds could hit 60 mph for much of the Capital Region.
The alert is a quick one, ending at 3:45 p.m. But it forecasted winds that could damage structures for parts of Albany, Fulton, Montgomery, Schenectady, Schoharie, Rensselaer and Saratoga counties.
