Man who fired shots outside Saratoga Springs Police Station to be sentenced

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (WNYT)- Paul Trinci, a man who pleaded guilty to firing a gun outside the Saratoga Springs Police Station in February will be sentenced Tuesday in Saratoga County Court.

Trinci admitted to firing shots from a long gun outside the Lake Avenue station. After that he led police on a chase that ended in the Market 32 parking lot in Malta.

He pleaded guilty to:

  • Second Degree Criminal Mischief
  • reckless endangerment
