TROY — The wind, rain and sleet storm wasn’t the only one that blew into the Capital Region on Saturday. There was also plenty of howling going on at RPI’s Houston Field House as the Blizzard of Oz — Ozzy Osbourne himself — unleashed an avalanche of molten heavy metal, much to the delight of several generations of metalheads.
