TROY — A 26-year-old man was arrested after firing an air rifle at a marked Troy Police patrol vehicle from a second-floor window Tuesday morning.
Zachary J. Charney-Schatz was charged with attempted assault in the first degree, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree and criminal mischief in the third degree.
