CDTA to implement route, schedule changes in August

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) will be implementing service changes to various routes throughout the Capital Region in August. According to the corporation, the adjustments come as part of a regular response to ridership trends and input from riders and employees.

The service changes will go into effect on August 24. Riders are encouraged to review the schedules and trip times for the affected routes on the CDTA website.

  • Route #10 (Western Avenue) — Will no longer enter Stuyvesant Plaza and Executive Park Drive. Frequency and span will also be reduced.
