ALBANY — Heavy rain Thursday could lead to some possible flooding in the Capital Region and Hudson Valley, meteorologists said.
“Today’s the last day of that heat and humidity,” Christina Speciale, meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Albany, said.
Days of heat advisories — with temperatures in the low 90s and high humidity making it feel close to 100 — are set to end as a cold front moves south from Canada, Speciale said.
