GLENMONT – A homeless man who was trespassed by Walmart in June, was back in the store on Saturday, July 12, allegedly taking items without making an attempt to pay for them.
According to reports, Herbert Jamison, 56, was apprehended by Bethlehem police near the Lowes plaza a few minutes away.
He was charged with burglary, a felony, because he was banned from the store, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Jamison also had an active arrest warrant from Colonie, but they asked Bethlehem police to tell him to turn himself in for that case…
