Man facing charges after reportedly displaying handgun during highway road rage

Capital Region (WRGB) — A man is facing multiple charges after reports of a road rage incident of I-787 in July.

New York State Police arrested Andre G. Cobb, 55, of Glenville, Wednesday and charged him with second-degree Menacing and fourth-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
