Two people are facing charges in connection with a stabbing in Cohoes last month.
The incident happened on July 8 just before 4 p.m. at the intersection of Route 787 and Tibbits Avenue.
State Police said Michael J. Torturo, 40, of Ballston Spa got out of a vehicle being driven by Dakota L. Thibodeau, 29, of Cohoes. Torturo then allegedly stabbed the victim in their shoulder through an open car window when the vehicle was stopped in traffic, police said…
