EAST GREENBUSH — Hannaford Plaza, a shopping center located on Routes 9 and 20 in East Greenbush, was recently sold for $17.25 million.
The seller was Sacco of Albany LLC and Josben Sacco LLC of Queens, and the buyer was an affiliate of BRM Development of Woodmere, Nassau County, according to a deed filed at the Rensselaer County clerk’s office.
