GLENMONT — An Albany man was arrested July 15 on an outstanding warrant stemming from a February trespassing incident in Bethlehem, according to police.
Galen Cutro-Kelly, 38, was originally charged on Feb. 21 after officers responded to a report of trespassing on River Road. Police said he was found at the scene and issued an appearance ticket for trespass, a violation. Officers also observed signs of drug impairment and determined he could not safely drive his pickup truck. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
During an inventory search of the vehicle, officers allegedly discovered 0.35 grams of methamphetamine rolled inside a dollar bill on the dashboard. Cutro-Kelly was additionally charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor.
