According to the National Weather Service in Albany, humidity will remain moderate through Monday, making conditions slightly more tolerable. By Tuesday, moisture surges will push the “feels-like” temperature into the triple digits across the Capital Region, Hudson Valley, and Mohawk Valley. Cities including Albany, Amsterdam, Glens Falls, and Poughkeepsie could see peak heat index readings between 101°F and 105°F.
