COLONIE – A homeless man who has a history of arrests in Colonie was back in the Albany County jail as a pre-arraignment detainee on Thursday, July 17, this time for forcible touching and a series of warrants.
According to reports, a Colonie police patrol identified Kevin Oberry-Hall, 20, outside the Walgreens on Central Avenue for having an outstanding arrest warrant and bench warrants. He was taken into custody.
Oberry-Hall was charged with forcible touching, a misdemeanor, during an incident on June 27 at a business at 1762 Central Avenue. He also had bench warrants for not showing up to Colonie Town Court on July 7…
