The shop and restaurant will be open Wednesdays and Thursdays until the Delmar Farmers Market ends its outdoor season in October, as the company will continue to sell at the Saturday market. Shop and restaurant hours will expand starting in the fall, according to Jeanne Lee, who founded Two Little Dumplings with husband Brian Yung and her parents.
Retail hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, with available items to include frozen dumplings, sauces and other take-home products. Restaurant lunch service will run 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. both days, with a menu of dumplings, bao buns, sides, rice dishes and desserts. The restaurant intends to offer meat, vegan and gluten-free options, according to a post on Facebook. Culinary classes are also planned, Lee said…
