Albany-area restaurateur faces DWI charges

An Albany-based restaurateur was charged with driving while intoxicated Saturday, according to a report from State Police.

Dominick H. Purnomo, 45, of Albany, was charged with first offense driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a .08 or higher blood-alcohol content, both misdemeanors, the police report shows. He was released on an appearance ticket.

The report states Purnomo was charged at 11:35 a.m. in the town of Guilderland, though a different section says the incident was reported at 11:59 p.m. State Police have not returned a call or emails regarding the arrest…
