MALTA, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Saratoga County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Malta man last week after a sex crime investigation. Devlin Fordley, 18, was charged with first-degree disseminating indecent material to minors.

Fordley is accused of knowingly sending an online message that contained a nude photo to a child in Malta on April 28. He was taken into custody on August 15.
Fordley was released ahead of further court proceedings after being arraigned by Judge Ellwood Sloat Jr. in Malta Town Court. Fordley was previously arrested for allegedly raping a minor back in June.
