Troy Police are investigating what caused an explosion Sunday evening. Two children were taken to the hospital with injuries that are described as severe.
Troy Police and Firefighters to O’Neil St. near the intersection of McClellandland Avenue around 6:07 p.m. Sunday for something that was described as a small explosion. Police had the area closed down for hours as detectives investigated.
Neighbors in the area said they heard the explosion from more than a block away; others said it shook their homes and rattled their windows…
