COHOES, N.Y. (WNYT)- Kemaury Everett, 19, from Troy has been charged with allegedly hitting 93-year-old Charles Allendorph Monday morning then leaving the scene, according to the Cohoes Police Department.
Police say Allendorph was hit around 9:45 a.m. Monday in the area of Newark and Congress Streets. He was brought to Albany Medical Center where he died from his injuries.
