Watervliet parents accused of causing 9-year-old daughter’s death back in court

WATERVLIET, N.Y. — The Watervliet parents accused of causing their 9-year-old daughter’s death were back in court on Tuesday.

Jennifer Singleton and Harold Warner have been charged with two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child. They were back in court on Tuesday morning for a brief appearance to get a status update on the case.
