ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Crews are working to repair a water main break on Homestead Street in Albany. The Albany Water Department said it is on the corner of Orchard Avenue and Homestead Street.

The following homes will be impacted by the repair:
- Homestead Street: homes numbered 62, 64, 70, 72, 74, 80, 45, 47, 49, and 57
- Orchard Avenue: homes numbered 63, 59, 55, 47, 43, 39, 35, 33, 29, 27, 25, 17, 15, 9, 70, 65, 58, 54, 52, 46, 44, 38, 34, 32, 26, 22, 16, 14, and 4
- Pleasant View Avenue: homes numbered 74, 72, 66, 64, 60, 56, 52, 73, 69, 67, 55, 53, and 51
A broken valve is being replaced, resulting in the water department also having to shut down water to homes on Pleasant View Avenue.
