ALBANY, N.Y. (WRGB) — A fire that erupted early Saturday at the Tivoli Park Apartments has left five households displaced and heightened tenant concerns over unsafe living conditions.
The blaze, which occurred at 457 Livingston Avenue, was determined to be an electrical fire.
