FORT ANN, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Court documents released by the Washington County District Attorney’s Office have revealed that the Fort Ann double shooting in May was part of a planned ghost gun theft. David LaRose of Albany, Jordan Johnson of Albany and 17-year-old Nasire Nelson have been charged with murder.

The shooting reportedly took place on May 22 in the area of Clay Hill Road around 9 p.m. According to court documents, LaRose, Johnson and Nelson had initially gone to the scene to meet up with 19-year-old Marcus Macaulay, 19-year-old Adam Darrah and Quincee Hammond.
The two groups had reportedly made plans to exchange a ghost gun built by Hammond. Prosecutors said Macaulay, Darrah and Hammond were under the impression that the other three would be buying the gun, but the suspects had actually planned to rob Hammond and steal it.
As Hammond began to hand the gun over, Jordan allegedly punched him in the face. LaRose then immediately shot Darrah and Macaulay, court documents said…
