ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT) — A 19-year-old Troy man has been indicted in hit-and-run crash that killed a 93-year-old man last week.
Kemaury Everett is accused of hitting Charles Allendorph with his car on Aug. 18 around 9:45 a.m. at the intersection of Congress and Newark streets in Cohoes. Everett then backed over Allendorph’s body as witnesses told him to stop, according to police.
