Governor Hochul unveils 202 affordable apartments in Saratoga Springs

Governor Kathy Hochul announced the completion of the Reserve at Saratoga Springs, a $78 million development featuring 202 affordable and supportive apartments.

Located just one mile from downtown Saratoga Springs, the project is part of Governor Hochul’s $25 billion five-year housing plan aimed at creating or preserving 100,000 affordable homes statewide.
