RHINECLIFF, N.Y. (WNYT) — A man from Valatie is accused of forcibly touching a woman on a train Friday.
State Police said Antonio G. Perez, 49, touched the woman without her consent aboard a train that was arriving at the Rhinecliff Train Station in the town of Rhinecliff.
