Firefighters rescued an elderly man after he fell down an embankment in Stephentown on Saturday.
The dispatch center received a report that an 89-year-old man had walked away from his residence, according to the Stephentown Volunteer Fire Department. Firefighters, State Police and a forest ranger responded to the residence to organize search parties.
