Ric Orlando is a chef, restaurateur, musician and blogger. He may be best known around upstate New York for owning and operating New World Home Cooking Co. in Woodstock, then in Saugerties from 1993 to 2018. He was then the chef consultant at New World Bistro Bar in Albany from 2009 to 2020.
