ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT) — A 65-year-old man is recovering after he and a dog were struck by gunfire while inside his home.
Albany Police said officers responded to the 500 block of North Pearl Street near North First Street for reports of a shooting. Officers found the victim with a gunshot wound to his upper back.
