Police: Two men stabbed in Albany Friday

ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- Two men were stabbed at different times in Albany Friday, Sept. 5, according to the Albany Police Department. Both men were treated at the scene and taken to Albany Medical Center for further treatment, police said.

One of the men was stabbed shortly before 4:45 p.m. around the area of 259 South Pearl Street. Police said they were responding to reports of a person stabbed when they found a 42-year-old man who had been stabbed in his hip.

The other man was stabbed shortly before 11 p.m. Police said officers on patrol were flagged down by a passerby, around Ontario and Bradford Streets, saying a man had been stabbed…
