BALLSTON SPA, NY (WRGB) — A Troy man was sentenced to several years in State Prison for reckless actions that killed a 14-year-old girl and seriously injured another teen back in June 2024.
The Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office announced Everhett R. Hatlee, 19, was sentenced to 5 to 15 years in prison for Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, a Class B felony.
