WATERVLIET, N.Y. (WRGB) — The Watervliet parents charged in the death of their 9-year-old daughter Nathalia Warner are expected in court Tuesday morning.
Following an investigation into the living conditions at their residence, New York State Police arrested and charged 37-year-old Jennifer Singleton and 33-year-old Harold Warner with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
The death of a 9-year-old Watervliet girl has been ruled as resulting from natural causes, while her parents face charges related to child welfare. On August 4, 2025, Dr. Kristen Landi conducted an autopsy on Nathalia Warner at Albany Medical Center. Preliminary results indicated that the cause of death was chronic constipation, with the manner of death determined to be natural causes. The final report is still pending further laboratory testing…
