The Watervliet parents whose 9-year-old daughter died in their care will not be prosecuted.
The Albany County District Attorney’s Office has decided to drop the charges against Jennifer Singleton and Harold Warner. They are accused of failing to provide adequate food and allowing their kids to live in unsanitary conditions.
