A former JoAnn Fabrics in Queensbury and former Rite Aid will open as Spirit Halloween locations across the Capital Region this weekend.
They’re the last of nine Spirit Halloween locations planned for the Capital Region, according to a list shared by a Spirit Halloween representative. Both locations are planned to open on Sunday.
