Court released suspects despite pending charges
GLENMONT — Suspected members of a New York City retail theft organization were caught last week—twice in three days—after they were released from custody the first time. Two of the members are linked to fraud and theft cases from last year that involve a local car dealership.
The suspects, each men aged 21 years old or younger, are no longer in custody as of Sunday.
