BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (WNYT) — A Ballston Spa man is accused of violating an order of protection.
Thomas J.P. Martin, 35, violated the order at the Saratoga County Social Services office on Sept. 11, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said.
