ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- The Albany County Sheriff’s Office says two Albany men were arrested on felony drug charges after a routine parole check in an apartment at 76 North Pearl Street, in Albany Friday, September 19.
Sheriff Craig Apple says Devon Dobbs, 33, and Shyron Moore, 25, allegedly both had cocaine and a digital scale, commonly used for weighing narcotics. Dobbs is currently on parole for Second Degree Burglary.
