ALBANY — A death certificate for 1-year-old Zaniyla Hill-Conley, of Watervliet, notes that she died by homicide after sustaining blunt force trauma to her head. Those records were filed in early August.
More than a month later, details about the infant’s death are sparse. No arrests have been made. The Albany County District Attorney’s Office and three assisting agencies are still investigating the case.
