A man with a criminal history was arrested for allegedly stabbing someone he knew in Troy—less than an hour after posting bail on a drug charge.
Police said Kevin Benson, 44, stabbed a 42-year-old man in the torso inside a home on Second Avenue Tuesday afternoon. Investigators said the victim was a witness in one of Benson’s previous criminal cases.
