ALBANY — Police have identified the man who was killed Tuesday in a car crash on Everett Road near the Interstate 90 exit ramp.
The victim was 34-year-old Matthew Mardon of Wynantskill.
Emergency services personnel found Mardon inside his vehicle just before 6 p.m. He was treated at the scene and taken to Albany Medical Center Hospital, where he died later that evening…
