ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- A tractor trailer overturned near Exit 23 on the Thruway Tuesday during the morning commute around 8:15 a.m., according to the New York State Police (NYSP).
NYSP says the tractor trailer driver was taken to Albany Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. They also say that northbound lanes are currently blocked with work underway to clear a lane for traffic.
