Albany’s Westgate Plaza sold

Westgate Plaza, built in 1957 as the first retail shopping center in Albany, has sold for $6.3 million to an investment group that owns Clifton Park Center and Wilton Malls, according to the real estate firm that brokered the deal.

Led by Faraz Khan, the buyers purchased the 125,000-square-foot shopping center on Central Avenue from Horizons Management of Dedham, Mass., which has owned the center for over 30 years, according to RedMark Realty.
